Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff regarding reimbursement challenges, support services, and benefit investigation processes.

Deliver reimbursement support on case management, billing, coding, prior authorizations, claims appeals, specialty pharmacy, and patient assistance programs.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage outbound calls, set appointments, and maintain daily tracking of activities using CRM systems.

Present and conduct educational sessions, including Lunch & Learns, to help offices understand payer policies, co-pay assistance, and specialty drug access.

Monitor program performance and assist offices with resolving reimbursement barriers efficiently and effectively.
Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.

Minimum of 8 years’ healthcare reimbursement experience including Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.

Strong knowledge of Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorizations, and Claims & Appeals processes.

Experience supporting program-specific drug therapy spaces (e.g., oncology, dermatology, specialty drugs) required.

Experience using Hubs or Cover My Meds portal preferred.

Must have exceptional customer service, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficient with PowerPoint, CRM systems, case tracking tools, and virtual meeting platforms.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR and be comfortable traveling up to 80% (4 days/week) within assigned territory.

Pay Details: $58.17 per hour
