Job Location:
This is a hybrid position, with some onsite requirements in the Washington, DC area.

Job Description:
In this position as an Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy to guide the company’s transition from small business set-asides to full and open competition. You will lead the expansion of a digital transformation practice, ensuring alignment between business development, client delivery, and technology innovation teams. In this position, you will also:
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical growth plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client delivery, business development, leadership, and the Innovation Lab, to design and implement capture strategies.
- Define opportunity requirements, assess capability gaps, and drive innovative solutions to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain strategic technology partnerships that enhance solution offerings and market reach.
- Initiate and participate in client engagements, including the development and presentation of white papers, technical briefings, and participation in solicitation conferences.
- Support customer account planning and lead branding activities that align with business development efforts, such as technology demonstrations, RFI responses, and participation in industry events.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 20 years of experience within financial management and digital transformation practices.
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing a book of business exceeding $100 million.
- Active CPA and PMP certifications.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to create, communicate, and execute complex business strategies that result in the successful pursuit, capture, and delivery of new programs.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with senior government and industry leaders.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes, digital transformation trends, and emerging technologies shaping the public sector.
