A high-impact, executive-level professional with deep-rooted experience and relationships across the offshore energy industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by unlocking access to key decision-makers and capitalizing on strategic business opportunities.

The Role
- Strategy: Own the go-to-market strategy for an assigned client group, product, or territory. This includes analysing market dynamics, identifying growth levers, and shaping strategic initiatives that position the business for long-term success.
- Act as figurehead internally and externally providing the voice of LR to your market."
- Engage and Discover: Proactively engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover business needs, project timelines, and commercial drivers. Primary focus will be to cultivate and expand relationships with senior stakeholders involved in offshore capital expenditure projects, while consistently delivering against ambitious sales targets. Through consultative dialogue and industry credibility, this role will build trust and uncover opportunities where our solutions can deliver measurable value
- Propose and Iterate: Provide key competitive insights and strategy to win based on intelligence gathered for development and presentation of clear, concise and compelling proposals.Bid and Win: Provide leadership of the end-to-end bid process, from strategy development to contract negotiation and close-out. Apply commercial acumen and negotiation expertise to secure profitable contracts, navigating complex procurement environments and competitive landscapes.
- Own Your Numbers: Take full accountability for sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue delivery from your territory or segment
- Develop and Share: Contribute to development of LR’s solution portfolio, to facilitate better upsell and cross-sell to customers while actively participating in external marketing events, conferences, and workshops to develop sales networks and promote LR.
What you bring
- Proven deep-rooted experience and relationships across the offshore energy industry and experience in leadership within organisations that deliver services for offshore energy developments.
- Track record of securing major offshore contracts, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving revenue through consultative engagement and commercial acumen Senior and excutive level contact network within the offshore energy sectors including operators, EPCI’s and OEMs.
- Flexible for worldwide travel as and when required for new client meetings/follow ups .
- Experience communicating strategic value propositions via a variety of mediums in a clear concise and compelling manner to senior levels within organisations and to influence successfully and openly.
- Ability to develop go to market strategies and sales plans with proven results in business growth.
- Strong negotiating skills and practiced in leading negotiations to influence and persuade, as necessary.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work with teams across the organisation, with cross-functional teams as well as internal teams of departments.
- Thorough understanding of the Offshore Energy Market developments to create commercial focus and find the best new business opportunities.
- Be able to use Salesforce or other software to manage and report sales activities confidently.
