Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the CEO, managing daily operations, communications, and special projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while balancing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing calendars, travel, and day-to-day scheduling with precision.
- Prepare and refine presentations, talking points, and communications for both internal and external audiences.
- Attend key meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense reports, tracking budgets, and coordinating with finance colleagues.
- Support HR-related activities including onboarding, compliance, and policy updates.
- Collaborate on social media and content initiatives to support brand presence.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personnel matters.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience providing direct support to executives, ideally at the C-suite level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging in an executive’s voice.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing shifting priorities.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative work style.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Work Environment: Primarily remote, must be based in Austin, TX for occasional in-person meetings
