Alterome is currently seeking…
Alterome Therapeutics is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Business Officer/Chief Operating Officer. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days on site. We require exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters seamlessly.
The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office.
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars in a rapidly changing environment, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the CEO’s administrative liaison to Board of Directors and/or their respective admins, including coordinating Board meetings, maintaining discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members.
- Provide a bridge for communication between the leadership team and other internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Liaise between those supported and internal & external stakeholders, providing a bridge for smooth communication.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project coordination.
- Plan and coordinate company events and meetings as needed.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering lunches, office supplies, and maintaining office organization.
- Take ownership of the successful completion of deliverables with a proactive hands-on approach, facilitating those supported to effectively execute priorities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, directed by management, or to provide backup assistance to other Administrators.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience working for biotech companies (both public and private) are highly desired.

Salary Information: $120K - $140K based on skills and experience
