Established in 2022, OneDigital brings together Wesfarmers’ digitally native businesses, including the OnePass membership program and the Group data asset. We’re the engine behind Wesfarmers’ data and digital transformation, turning millions of customer interactions into game-changing insights that shape how Australians shop, live and connect.
Joining Wesfarmers OneDigital means you’ll:
- Work with some of Australia’s most iconic brands and be part of one of the country’s largest and most respected employers, known for its steady growth and strong performance.
- Belong to a genuinely supportive team—a group of down-to-earth people who value integrity, openness, accountability and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Grow your career with confidence, backed by development opportunities and long-term progression across the broader Wesfarmers Group.
- Contribute to something bigger, with a company globally recognised for its commitment to sustainability.
- Be part of a future-focused digital ecosystem, with significant investment in data, technology, and customer experience innovation.
So, want to help reshape the future of retail? Good call. Join us and create smarter, more rewarding experiences for millions of Australians, one insight at a time.
This role provides high-level executive support to the Executive GM, OneDigital and AI. As a trusted partner, the Executive Assistant ensures day-to-day priorities are managed with discipline, pace, and discretion, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic outcomes.
You’ll bring strong judgement, a proactive mindset and the ability to move between detail and big-picture coordination. Curiosity around how tools like GenAI and agentic AI can improve efficiency, streamline tasks, and support communication is also valued, with the role expected to explore and apply new ways of working where appropriate.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide proactive and reliable executive support to the Executive GM, OneDigital and the AI accelerator
- Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and inbox triage—balancing priorities, anticipating needs, and resolving conflicts
- Monitor email correspondence, flag critical actions, and ensure follow-ups and due dates are met
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents including agendas, board papers, presentations, reports, and briefings. Experience using latest AI tools to generate presentations
- Process and reconcile expenses and invoices accurately and in line with company policy
- Build strong working relationships across the Corporate Office, Executive Assistant network, and wider Wesfarmers Group
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive matters, escalating issues when appropriate
- Provide informal leadership, guidance, and coordination across a team of three Business Support Coordinators (EAs)
What you'll bring to the table
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems proactively, and work with discretion
- Demonstrated experience guiding or mentoring others, with the ability to lead through influence rather than hierarchy
- Skilled in calendar, inbox, travel, and document management
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable building rapport across diverse stakeholders and acting with confidence and humility
- Open to learning and testing new ways of working, including the use of emerging tools like GenAI
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or skills in Google workspace
- Experience with expense and document management systems (e.g. Concur, SAP, SharePoint)
