This role will be supporting a high-producing mortgage branch manager leading a fully remote (but highly engaged) team. The Executive and Marketing Assistant will not just be checking boxes, but will be someone who’s ready to dive in, figure things out, and make life easier and more effective for the team and leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide executive support to ensure organization, prioritization, and proactive task management in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as primary support for marketing initiatives, calendar management, task tracking, and creative project execution.
- Set up marketing collateral and email campaigns, and maintain CRM data accuracy and social media presence.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, discretion, and professional integrity.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support branch operations as needed.
- Provide cross-functional support to funding and other operational teams as needed.
- If based in Knoxville, TN, provide occasional in-person support for local events, errands, and branch-level marketing activities.
- Contribute to internal marketing efforts by:
- Coordinating social media and email campaigns
- Managing branded materials and promotional collateral
- Assisting with internal recognition programs and employee engagement events

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Five or more years of administrative or marketing assistant experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related is preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms preferred.
- Comfortable with AI-powered tools a plus.
