Greenhouse is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team!
As a key member of our Enterprise Sales organization, you'll play an invaluable role in Greenhouse's growth strategy. You'll be an individual contributor focusing solely on new business, selling to prospects and managing qualified leads generated by a mature enterprise sales development team. You'll also use your own prospecting skills to bolster your pipeline, all the while contributing to best practices that support the success of your greater team.

What you'll do
- Be an impactful player on a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
- Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives
You should have
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales
- Proven track record of selling complex, 6-figure deals
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience with strategic prospecting
- Experience selling Human Resources technology, such as HRIS, HCM, Talent Acquisition, or other HR-focused solutions, a strong plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce, a plus

The national base pay target for this role is $158,500. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 13 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have unlimited paid time off (PTO).
