- Partner closely with Sales to support revenue goals
- Build deep audience insights through segmentation, traffic analysis, and user behavior
- Manage, optimize, and monitor paid advertising (search, display, social, retargeting)
- Own email strategy and execution, including campaign design, automation, and templates (Inky)
- Oversee content strategy and social media across platforms
- Create dashboards, track KPIs, and analyze data to generate actionable insights
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve offerings, user experience, and client intake

- Proven track record in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Experience leading and mentoring team members
- Strong knowledge of Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Search Console, Data Studio)
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and related technologies
- Skilled in HTML/CSS for email, including dynamic content and personalization
- High-level Excel proficiency and advanced business analytics experience
- Adept at identifying and implementing new marketing technologies for efficiency and tracking
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills; able to remain calm under pressure
- Technical aptitude with operating systems, browsers, and office software; able to produce technical documentation
- Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage concurrent tasks
