About the Role

Title: Director of Growth

Job Description:

Responsible for the locating, qualifying, interviewing, coordination and hiring of high-level personnel for the mortgage line-of-business and other departments as requested. Responsible for assisting market leaders in the expansion and development of their markets. Responsible for establishing and monitoring of team growth goals based on corporate directives.

Role also requires fortitude for the development and structure of the Growth Department and employees within the department. This would include but not limited to training, tactics, expenses, and goals.

Position requires tactical discussions with many departments including market leaders, sales, operations, HR, compliance and other pertinent entities within the Central Bank family.

This position can work hybrid from any of our affiliate bank locations throughout the Holding Company in Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Florida, Arkansas, North Carolina, or Illinois.

Requirements:

Candidate Shall Possess a Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

5 years Banking and/or Mortgage Experience

Well versed in Mortgage Loan Products and Processes

Well versed in Banking industry

Ability to find, identify, attract, hire and launch high level employees

Travel up to 35% (required)
