The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to drive financial strategy and performance across our Streaming, New Business Development, and Distribution teams. This is your chance to make a measurable impact, partnering with senior leaders to fuel innovation and growth.
The Team
You'll join our Growth Finance team, reporting directly to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis. As a trusted advisor to leaders in Streaming, Distribution, and New Business Development, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning. Our team supports both QXH working at the heart of our WIN Strategy— driving transformation, and ensuring our financial initiatives support long-term success. We solve complex challenges, from integrating new business models to optimizing performance across platforms, always striving for actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
Your Location
This is a hybrid role requiring you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA Studio Park location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Relocation assistance is available for this role.
Your Key Contributions

Lead financial analysis for growth initiatives, developing business cases, and tracking performance against targets.

Build and maintain a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring sufficiency to meet financial goals (NR, EBITDA, Cash) for both QVC and HSN.

Drive business performance analysis, including variance analysis, business reviews, and "what-if" scenario planning.

Oversee and mentor a team of senior finance business partners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Partner with analytics and planning teams to deliver a unified, insight-rich view of business performance.
Your Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field (MBA or similar graduate degree preferred).

Minimum 10 years' experience in financial analysis and partnering with senior leadership in a commerce environment.

At least 5 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
