Job Description:
Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Director, Creative Operations to join our growing team.
This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: Boston or New York City,
Your Role
As a key player in our Creative department, you will own resourcing decisions, collaborating with Creative Project Managers and leads to strategically assign talent while optimizing team utilization. Your involvement in scoping discussions and PM grids, providing historical burn reports, will be vital for accurate planning.
You'll be responsible for maximizing efficiency by leveraging data to set, manage, and track creative team KPIs, informing crucial future decisions.�
You'll lead and mentor a team of Creative Project Managers, championing process and organization, and driving the growth of the project management discipline across the agency. Building and maintaining strong relationships with resourcing, finance, and account management teams is essential for cross-functional productivity. You'll act as a spokesperson for the creative department, ensuring timely communication of agency information and initiatives.�
Furthermore, you will manage onboarding for both contracted and full-time hires, from interviews through initial training, and play a crucial role in advocating for strategic headcount growth.

Your Experience
Experience & Education
- 10+ years of previous industry / agency experience.
- 8+ years project management experience
- Experience leading a team
- 4 Year College Degree; preferred in Marketing/Advertising/Event Management/Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

Salary Range: $110k - $130k�
