Your tasks
As Director Channel Sales at Edgeless Systems, you will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy in partner sales. In close cooperation with the management team, you will build a strong network of strategic sales partners and develop sustainable business models.
- Identification and acquisition of new sales partners – especially cloud providers, system integrators and IT consultancies
- Development and implementation of our go-to-market strategy with a focus on joint business models and integration partnerships
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners – including the conception and implementation of partner marketing initiatives
- Further development of partner programs (e.g. re-selling, co-selling, service cooperations) to scale our sales
- Recruit, build, and manage a high-performing channel sales team
- Responsibility for the partner pipeline and the achievement of revenue and performance targets
Your profile
- Several years of experience in channel sales or partner management – ideally with software or cloud providers
- Proven success in building and scaling sales channels for sustainable sales growth
- An established network in the areas of cloud, IT consulting and/or cybersecurity / artificial intelligence
- Strong leadership skills or alternatively experience in managing complex large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and relationship skills – in German and English
- Strong self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and a "can-do" mentality
- Completed studies (B.Sc., M.Sc. or MBA)
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- Strong interest in technology – ideally related to cybersecurity, AI and cloud platforms
