We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and people-centric Senior Consultant to lead and support multifaceted client engagements. This role spans both advisory and execution work: from designing future-state HR operating models and process improvements to crafting stakeholder engagement strategies and managing organizational change. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced blend of HR transformation expertise and deep change management experience to help clients realize tangible business outcomes and lasting adoption.
Adaptive Planning Implementation Leader
We are seeking an experienced Adaptive Planning Optimization Implementation Leader to oversee the successful delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations. You will lead the hands‑on execution of deployments and guide a 15‑person global team, coordinating delivery across multiple geographies. This strategic role demands not only technical prowess but also strong FP&A domain understanding and leadership capabilities.
The Role
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead work related to Optimization and AMS support for Adaptive Planning (FP&A, workforce, operational models) using Strada's proven methodology.
- Direct and mentor a global implementation team (~15 members) across multiple time zones, ensuring high-quality execution and professional development.
Hands-On Technical Oversight
- Actively engage in configuration of planning models, scenario planning, dashboards, integrations, reporting, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Apply best practices and accelerate outcomes using Strada’s pre-configured methodologies
- Ability to conduct Tenant Assessments and Model reviews
- Assist with Financial oversight of clients contracts including invoice and AR management
Stakeholder Engagement & Client Relations
- Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
- Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manages team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
- Train and mentor consultants in Strada’s Adaptive Planning approach.
- Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
The Requirements:
- 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Demonstrated capability in managing global teams of around 15 professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
- Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
- Up to 15% travel
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required)
- Workday Financials Certification (preferred)
- Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred)

Salary Pay Range
Minimum - Maximum:
$125,230.00 - $232,570.00
