The Digital Marketing I is a data-driven marketing professional with a focus on developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing demand generation campaigns. This role will be responsible for building multi-touch marketing strategies that promote customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across the digital landscape of the B2B buyer journey.

 

 

  • Create, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Track and evaluate KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and engagement to optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with Web Developers on the strategy to support website and page layout optimization.
  • Support A/B testing, landing page improvements, and chatbot enhancements to drive lead conversions.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Enhance campaign effectiveness in managing and segmenting the client and prospect database.
  • Leverage data insights to make program adjustments, improve engagement and increase lead quality.
  • Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

 

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

 

Experience Required:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing demand generation with demonstrated success in digital marketing lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Experience with social media, email, SEO, PPC, and retargeting.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of: Understanding of the B2B Digital buyer’s journey, with a focus on demand creation and sales opportunity acceleration. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Skill in: Proficient in data analytics and tactical execution.
  • Ability to: Support growth through lead generation and pipeline contribution. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
