About the Role:
We are looking for freelance Spanish or Portuguese-speaking support engineers to help Microsoft customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Graph API. This is a remote, freelance role with the option to work 4 or 8 hours per day. You will be paid on a per-ticket basis, with consolidated payouts at the end of each month.
This is a development-oriented support role ideal for engineers with experience in Microsoft 365 services and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Graph-related issues via chat or voice
- Assist customers in understanding Graph API behavior, errors, and best practices
- Investigate problems across services like Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Azure AD
- Reproduce issues, analyze API requests/responses, and guide users to solutions
- Document resolutions clearly and maintain communication with customers throughout the support cycle
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot REST APIs and interpret HTTP status codes and JSON responses
- Familiarity with OAuth2, Azure AD authentication, and Microsoft Identity Platform
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Understanding of application registration, token acquisition, permissions, and scopes
- Experience using tools such as Postman, Fiddler, Graph Explorer, or browser dev tools
- Comfortable with basic scripting in PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python for testing purposes
Nice to Have:
- Prior support experience in a technical role (L2 or development support)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure portal and app configuration
- Hands-on experience debugging authentication or permission-related issues in cloud apps
