What You'll Do

As our Design Manager, you'll collaborate with the Senior Director of Design and Digital Media to bring our brand to life through innovative digital strategies and thoughtful design. You'll support creative projects that connect with diverse audiences, elevate our online presence, and keep our messaging fresh and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep our websites dynamic and up-to-date with relevant content.

  • Design engaging visuals-from social media graphics and email campaigns to flyers, videos, and digital assets.

  • Maintain our design tools and platforms (Canva, photo library, etc.) for efficient team use.

  • Research trends and best practices to keep our creative approach ahead of the curve.

  • Provide design guidance and feedback to colleagues, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

  • Collaborate across teams to brainstorm ideas that resonate with our communities.

  • Support agency events and special projects as needed.

What You Bring

  • Associate degree in Graphic Design, New Media, Communications, or related field-or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 3-4 years of experience on an in-house or agency creative team.

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and email marketing tools (Emma, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Filmora, Canva) and digital analytics platforms.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • A collaborative spirit, innovative mindset, and passion for visual storytelling.

The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
