About the Role
We’re seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Deal Desk Manager to help accelerate deals and streamline Armada’s quote-to-close process. Partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance, this role will manage the tools and processes that support quoting and contracting, drive efficiencies in order management, and enable our GTM teams with best practices to improve deal velocity and compliance.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Support sales teams through the deal lifecycle—quote creation, approvals, contract routing, and order booking
- Ensure deal compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements
- Manage deal desk queue and serve as the primary point of contact for deal-related questions
- Act as SME on order management tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, Ironclad, etc.), assisting with administration and end-user training as needed
- Complete primary review of all executed contracts, confirming accuracy & compliance with internal policies and best practices; ensure all information required for order submission & revenue recognition is documented and accurate.
- Partner with Legal and Finance to maintain templates and workflows for quotes, contracts, and order forms; identify opportunities to streamline
- Facilitate requests for non-standard deal-related items between Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal as needed
- Partner with RevOps to automate and scale quoting and contracting processes
- Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training to Sales and Customer Success on deal desk tools and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation for quoting and contracting procedures
- Identify friction in the quote-to-close process and propose solutions to accelerate deal velocity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on contract and pricing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, sales motions (including New Business, Renewals, and Expansions), and order-to-cash workflows
- Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce strongly preferred); experience with DocuSign, Ironclad, Dealhub, or similar tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with evolving processes
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for improving systems and helping teams work more efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling deal desk functions in a startup or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with international deal structures and multi-currency quoting
- Working knowledge of software license agreements, MSA/SOW documents, and SaaS compliance terms
