The Role
We’re looking for a data-savvy problem solver to join our People Team as a Data Analyst. If you love making sense of data, spotting trends, and turning insights into impact - this one’s for you.
At Tabby, our people are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you’ll help us understand, measure, and improve the entire employee experience - from hiring to retention and everything in between.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and reports across the employee lifecycle.
- Dig into HR data (think: hiring, attrition, engagement, performance) and find the stories behind the numbers.
- Run deep-dive ad-hoc analyses and present findings in a way that drives action, not just information.
- Ensure data quality across our HR systems, and help streamline and automate reporting workflows.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Leadership to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
- Be our go-to person for all things HR analytics.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a related data role.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS), DWH (BigQuery), and visualization tools (Looker, Metabase etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python.
- You’re fluent in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and can tell a story with numbers.
- A natural curiosity and sharp eye for spotting patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
- Clear communication skills—you can turn complex findings into simple narratives.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup, tech, or fintech environment.
Why You’ll Love Working at Tabby
Relocation and Employment
We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, Spain, UAE or fully remote.
What you can expect
- We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team.
- A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.
- You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.
- Participation in the company’s employee stock options program.
