Role Overview:

Could you be our next Data Analyst? Globe Life is looking for a Data Analyst to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

What You Will Do:

• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and reporting redundancies.
• Serve as a resource to team members and applicable stakeholders on assignments and projects.
• Interdepartmental collaboration to provide support.
• Other assignments as directed by supervisor.

What You Can Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst.
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
• Demonstrates initiative by proactively identifying what needs to be done.
• Flexible - able to effectively handle last minute changes and requests and adapt to fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
