Job Description:

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to ensure the accuracy of our sales data. You'll manage data intake from Tableau and Google Forms, handle Salesforce records, and communicate with the sales team.

Job details:

Pay Rate: $21.23/Hr

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote)

Shift: Mon-Fri 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process data from Tableau and Google Forms, ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage Salesforce records: search, create new entries, and update existing data.
  • Use templates to email information about processed submissions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on data inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Salesforce (data entry, records, search).
  • Excellent with G-Suite (Google Forms, Sheets).
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry.
  • Able to follow procedures and manage time well.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team..

Pay Details: $21.23 per hour
