Job Description:

Akkodis is seeking an D365 Functional Consultant for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Hybrid). You will drive end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations by leading discovery sessions and configuring business processes.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

D365 Functional Consultant job responsibilities include:

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to analyze current business processes and map requirements into D365 Finance & Operations.

• Configure and set up new entities, reporting ledgers, and business processes within D365 F&O to meet client specifications.

• Perform data conversions for key elements such as invoices, POs, production orders, suppliers, and customers, ensuring accuracy and validation with business teams.

• Create functional and configuration documentation, develop test scenarios, and lead SIT and UAT phases to ensure successful implementation.

• Conduct CRP sessions, deliver demos, and provide training materials and hands-on user training for incremental functionalities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize Microsoft technologies (LCS, BPM, VSTS, PowerApps, Office 365) to support implementation and ongoing client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SaaS ERP implementation experience (preferably Finance).

• Advanced experience in Manufacturing industry and strong project implementation skills (planning, data conversion, module setups, training, UAT).

• Proven ability to lead requirement gathering, design, configurations, and CRP phases independently, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $75.00 per hour
