Job details
The Customer Marketing Manager leads and executes customer-focused marketing initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and growth. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing with sales and customer success by owning strategies and tactics around lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), event planning, sales enablement, and customer advocacy. Directly supporting sales objectives, the position is closely aligned with the Corporate Account Sales team.
The position combines strategic thinking with tactical execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Lead Generation and Promotional Campaign Development
Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate new customer leads and drive growth in existing customer base through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with sales and supplier development to align campaigns with organizational goals. Manage campaign deployment through multiple channels supporting personalized, targeted outreach. Measure campaign performance to assess ROI.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Account-Based Marketing
Partner with sales to identify high-value target accounts and develop personalized marketing programs to support account growth and engagement. Create tailored content and campaign experiences based on market segment, persona, and account-specific insights. Track ABM performance and optimize strategies based on engagement metrics and sales feedback.
Customer and Industry Event Management
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events including customer roundtables, webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences. Coordinate logistics, invitations, promotions, and follow-ups to maximize attendance and impact. Represent the brand and capture insights for future marketing efforts.
Sales Content Creation & Insights
Develop sales collateral, customer success stories, pitch decks, and one-pagers to support the customer journey. Ensure alignment of messaging and positioning across all sales and marketing materials. Maintain an organized content warehouse for easy access by Network and Distributor sales teams.
Customer Feedback & Insights
Design and manage surveys, interviews, and reviews to collect actionable customer feedback. Collaborate with Commercial Operations team to analyze insights and identify opportunities for improvement or messaging shifts. Leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and success metrics to fuel marketing campaigns and content.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in customer marketing or account- based marketing.
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful campaigns across email, digital, and events. Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud). Exceptional project management, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams.

The Anticipated Salary Range for this position:
$90,000 - $105,000
Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.
In addition, to base salary, Network associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement contributions, opportunities for career growth and professional development.
