Position Responsibilities
Overview: We are looking for a Customer Marketing and Content Specialist to drive our digital customer engagement, social media presence, and content strategy. This role will focus on developing content that supports our digital customers’ journey, creating resources that educate and inspire, and enhancing our brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of customer-centric marketing skills, content creation experience, and a knack for storytelling that resonates with audiences.
Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create and maintain customer-centric content across various channels, including blog posts, product guides, newsletters, videos, and infographics that support digital customer engagement and self-service.
- Customer Campaigns: Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to design and launch customer marketing campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
- Digital Customer Journey Support: Create and update digital resources (e.g., FAQs, knowledge base articles, and tutorials) to support customers throughout their journey, ensuring an effortless experience for self-service and product adoption.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to engage customers, share success stories, and highlight product features and updates.
- Content Calendar and Analytics: Develop and manage a content calendar, track the performance of content and campaigns, and leverage insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Partner with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Sales, to align content with key updates, new features, and other customer needs.
- Brand Voice and Messaging: Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and messaging, creating a consistent and positive customer experience across touchpoints
Qualifications
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer marketing, content creation, social media management, or a related role, ideally within a digital or SaaS environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio demonstrating customer-centric content.
- Experience in social media management tools (e.g., GaggleAmp) and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of content marketing best practices, SEO, and digital engagement metrics.
Compensation Information
The U.S. salary range for this position is $46500.00 - $93,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
