To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Customer  Care Representative (m/f/d)  for the  German-speaking market . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that they feel well looked after. With your commitment, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and loyalty and strengthen our service promise.

Your tasks:

  • Receiving, checking and entering sales orders into our CRM and ERP system
  • Coordination with production, shipping, warehouse and logistics service providers to track missing or delayed shipments
  • Appointment scheduling and deployment planning for installations or on-site service calls
  • Maintenance and management of contract and service data in the ERP system
  • Support with additional tasks and projects as needed

What you bring with you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Confident use of CRM and ERP systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in  German (minimum C2)
  • Knowledge of Dutch or English
  • Customer orientation, solution-oriented thinking and organizational talent
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Structured but flexible working style with high self-motivation
