Join Our Team as a Customer Care and Billing Specialist!
Adecco is excited to assist a client in recruiting for a hybrid position as a Customer Care and Billing Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact!
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Hybrid, mostly remote)
Primarily Remote – report into office a few times a month at most
Type: Contract (6 months – chance of extension)
Pay Rate: $57.00/hour
Hours: Mon – Fri 7 to 8AM – 3 to 4:30PM
Why You'll Love This Role:

Assign work to NCRs or Billers.

Scrub task and application backlogs to place items in appropriate categories.

Assist in running pre-built reports in Power BI, analyze, and update reports as needed.

Resource management responsibilities:
-
Updating personnel changes.
-
Vacation selection.
-
Reporting and following up on system outages.
-
Listing PC issues.
-
Update LMS training codes.
-

Review accounts for duplication.
-
Monitor Intellio to ensure work is progressing from NCRs to the appropriate department.

Monitor intraday call tools to recommend assignments throughout the day.

Work on incorporating changes to job aids.
-
Responsible for reviewing multiple New Business Central CC&B billing backlogs.

Must be able to navigate CC&B panels and understand the billing process.

Ability to detect trends, problem-solve, and understand NBC billing responsibilities.

Work with a team of about 10 people to manage customer care and billing.
What We're Looking For:
-
1+ years of experience with a major utility company.
-
Experience with Customer Care and Billing Systems (CC&B Systems).
-
Familiarity with utility processes is highly preferred.
-
Proven history of reviewing account histories and verifying meter settings.

Experience with Intellio is highly preferred.
-
Must be highly organized.

Strong analytical skills.
-
If not previously employed by the mentioned utility company, must have clear experience using CC&B systems with previous employers.

Pay Details: $57.00 per hour
