About the Role
Title:Corporate Travel Specialist
Location: Orlando United States
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Specialist to support the Siemens Americas travel program.
As part of Siemens Supply Chain Management, the position will be part of the Mobility Services Travel Management team which manages travel for over 50,000 employees and is well recognized and respected within the business travel industry. The team supports global, regional, and local strategic initiatives focused on sustainability, value, and resilience while driving operational excellence and innovation across Siemens core businesses and its employee base.
In this role, you will work remotely from a home office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel agency operations, including technical expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), online booking tools, travel technology, and exceptional customer service skills. Experience with large global corporate travel programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as key liaison to preferred suppliers (TMC, hotels, airlines, ground transport), and internal customer groups such as travel coordinators, and executive support staff for service delivery escalations.
- Support the technical Integration activities related to corporate acquisitions and divestitures.
- Analyze travel and customer service reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Engage in process optimization and troubleshooting activities of third party tools (booking tool, TMC mid-office / back office).
- Support long term program strategy initiatives including implementations, and other special projects.
- Assist with travel communications and other program management tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience focused on travel agency operations and/or corporate travel program management.
- Technical proficiency with online booking tools, and travel ecosystem technologies
- Experience with travel management company (TMC) operational processes and core technologies.
- MS Office Suite with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- English Proficiency (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Procurement, Travel Management or Hospitality.
- Experience with corporate card programs including central payment and virtual payment setup.
- Analytical, project management skills and ability to drill down to root cause.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing travel needs and requirements.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects; anticipate needs
- Language skills (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German)

The pay range for this position is $80,150- 137,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
