About the Job   
We are seeking a corporate support specialist for our company-wide executive administrative needs as part of our strategic services practice area. The position will support multiple internal clients and projects. The day-to-day work will vary and may include corporate-wide special projects and office administrative support. Some responsibilities will require teamwork; many will require you to work independently.   

This position may offer in-office or hybrid opportunities based on your location and the needs of the organization.  

Responsibilities  

As a Corporate Support Specialist, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:  

  • Meeting organization
  • CEO calendar management
  • Key client reporting 
  • Report printing / hard copies for proposals
  • Field gear management
  • Expense reporting
  • Internal event planning (parties, lunches, happy hours, etc.) 
  • Office manager support
  • Management of business cards 
  • Support to Marketing department with administrative actions related to company intranet
  • Administrative support for Library Services, including the administration of our document delivery services.   

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have:  

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with executives, managing calendars, and providing administrative support
  • Expert computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professionalism, integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality, and a desire to pitch in and problem solve  

Annual Salary Range: $31.25 to $33.65 per hour  
  
An employee’s total compensation package includes annual salary, company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) participation with a company match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation, company-paid life and short- and long-term disability insurance, paid sick leave (10 days), paid vacation (10 days), paid holidays (9 days) per year, and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be prorated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.
