With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a passionate and Compliance Administrator to join the team based in either Moranbah, Dysart depots or Brisbane office. The role will be permanent part-time 3 days a week.

With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a passionate and Compliance Administrator to join the team based in either Moranbah, Dysart depots or Brisbane office. The role will be permanent part-time 3 days a week. 

 

About the role: 

  • Site mobilisations.  
  • Maintaining skills matrix.  
  • Scheduling training and upskilling.  
  • Maintaining certifications for employees in FCC.  
  • Fleet vehicle mobilisations.  
  • Scheduling Crane safe inspections.  
  • Maintaining PPE supplies.  
  • Monthly Safety Statistics for clients. 
  • Ensuring all staff are compliant with Marmon training, policy updates and Covid-vaccinations.  
  • Ensuring truck drivers complete fatigue sheets – quarterly reporting to Quality Department for Main Roads compliance.  
  • Keeping branch Policy Statements & HSE requirements (i.e., MSDS, emergency evacuation plans) up to date.  
  • Rolling out tablets and mobile phones.  
  • Assisting branch administration with invoicing and purchasing.  

 

About You: 

  • Customer service experience preferred (logistics, Scheduling, planning or similar) 
  • Must have a current driver’s license – condition of employment  
  • Previous administration experience
  • Computer literate – Excel word, Word, 
  • Excellent communication and phone manner 
  • Strong attention to detail
