With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a passionate and Compliance Administrator to join the team based in either Moranbah, Dysart depots or Brisbane office. The role will be permanent part-time 3 days a week.

With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a passionate and Compliance Administrator to join the team based in either Moranbah, Dysart depots or Brisbane office. The role will be permanent part-time 3 days a week.
About the role:
- Site mobilisations.
- Maintaining skills matrix.
- Scheduling training and upskilling.
- Maintaining certifications for employees in FCC.
- Fleet vehicle mobilisations.
- Scheduling Crane safe inspections.
- Maintaining PPE supplies.
- Monthly Safety Statistics for clients.
- Ensuring all staff are compliant with Marmon training, policy updates and Covid-vaccinations.
- Ensuring truck drivers complete fatigue sheets – quarterly reporting to Quality Department for Main Roads compliance.
- Keeping branch Policy Statements & HSE requirements (i.e., MSDS, emergency evacuation plans) up to date.
- Rolling out tablets and mobile phones.
- Assisting branch administration with invoicing and purchasing.
About You:
- Customer service experience preferred (logistics, Scheduling, planning or similar)
- Must have a current driver’s license – condition of employment
- Previous administration experience
- Computer literate – Excel word, Word,
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
