About the Role:
As a CBRE Communications Analyst, you will consult with internal partners to create written and visual communication. This job is part of the Communications job function. You will be responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance. The ideal candidate will excel in communication strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and edit clear and professional presentations, email communications, and event materials while managing content development and handling confidential information.
- Build relationships and enhance team collaboration through alignment huddles and support for monthly meetings with logistics and communication materials.
- Oversee communication requests and establish standards, templates, best practices, and protocols for effective and deadline-driven communication.
- Update and manage internal websites to align with organizational goals.
- Maintain knowledge of communication trends, procedures, and best practices, applying knowledge to solve routine problems.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
- Collaborate with management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs. Help with projects as requested.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- Organizational skills, detail-oriented and proactive with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Communications Analyst position is $20.00 an hour and the maximum salary for the Communications Analyst position is $34.60 an hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
