Job Description



Our client, a national commercial real estate company, is looking to hire a Development Coordinator for an entry-level role. This is a hybrid position located at their office in Daly City, CA. 

  • Salary: $60-65k

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings and vendor work
  • Developing and tracking reports of active projects
  • Process invoices and change orders 
  • Track budgets and enter budget data into Hyperion
  • Work with teams nationwide and assist with travel and expense reports


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Background in commercial real estate, development, and construction billing and leases is a plus
