Job Description
As Property Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for boutique offices in DC. You'll ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Class A office properties
- Manage vendor contracts and building maintenance
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards
- Build strong relationships with ownership and tenants

The Successful Applicant
You're a polished, proactive professional with strong communication skills and a track record of managing Class A commercial office properties. You thrive in high-expectation environments and build trust with ownership teams.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years in commercial property management (minimum 3 years required)
- Experience with commercial office properties (multifamily only considered if combined with commercial)
- RPA, CPM, LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferred
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing boutique, high-profile clients
- Strong organizational and client-facing skills
