Job Description

As Property Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for boutique offices in DC. You'll ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Class A office properties
  • Manage vendor contracts and building maintenance
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards
  • Build strong relationships with ownership and tenants

The Successful Applicant

You're a polished, proactive professional with strong communication skills and a track record of managing Class A commercial office properties. You thrive in high-expectation environments and build trust with ownership teams.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years in commercial property management (minimum 3 years required)
  • Experience with commercial office properties (multifamily only considered if combined with commercial)
  • RPA, CPM, LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferred

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience managing boutique, high-profile clients
  • Strong organizational and client-facing skills
