  • Applicants should be equipment ready (laptop, headset, etc.) to ensure a smooth start and seamless workflow

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Engagement Caller with exceptional phone skills to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on connecting with potential customers from a variety of lead sources, including cold leads, warm leads, and older leads where no appointment has yet been set. The ideal candidate is persuasive, personable, and motivated to turn opportunities into scheduled appointments.

 

 Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to connect with:

    • Cold leads from new lead lists.

    • Warm leads who have previously expressed interest.

    • Older leads without scheduled appointments.

    • Daily, weekly huddles with Team Lead.


    •  

  • Engage leads with confidence, empathy, and professionalism to understand their needs and build trust.

  • Effectively communicate the value of our products/services and address objections with compelling reasoning.

  • Schedule in-home appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to optimize lead follow-up notes and actionable steps.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements



  • Experience: Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer engagement roles.


  • Phone Skills: Exceptional soft phone skills with the ability to build rapport, persuade, and engage.


  • Communication: Clear, professional, and compelling verbal communication.


  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and comfortable with communications tools, specifically telephone.


  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting.


  • Adaptability: Skilled at handling objections and pivoting conversations to achieve outcomes.


  • Organization: Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
