What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
- Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
- Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology with a Clinical Focus (since 2020, a specific psychotherapy-integrated degree is required).
- A postgraduate psychotherapy training (3-5 years) in one of four approved methods:
> Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
> Psychoanalysis
> Depth-Psychology-Based Therapy
> Systemic Therapy - Pass the State Licensing Examination (Approbationsprüfung)
- Register with the Health Insurance System (Kassenzulassung)
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
- A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
- Proficiency in English and your local language
- Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
- Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
