Adecco is looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Client Valuations Operations Analyst to join our Client Valuations Operations (CVO) team within Global Markets Operations. This is a vital, client-facing role responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of client valuation statements for Fixed-Income products. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and excel at direct client interaction, we want to hear from you.

  • Pay Rate: $42.35/hr

  • Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC

  • Shift: M – F 8:00am – 6:00pm

  • Type: Temp to hire

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client facing service supporting client pricing and support requests including but not limited to price challenges, coverage requests, sample pricing, and ad-hoc statements.

  • Liaise directly with clients and the business to define and implement valuation onboarding and delivery requirements.

  • Provide timely and accurate client service, responding to client needs & queries in an efficient manner; participate in client services initiatives.

  • Ensure effective administration of client access and user profiles for appropriate statement delivery and / or application access consistent with client request and in compliance with CVO procedures and the enterprise Client Valuation Policy.

  • Actively participate as a member of the CVO team including various products, initiatives, and ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Financial Services Operations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft products - Excel especially

  • Strong client service skills

Pay Details: $42.35 per hour
