Bilingual (Spanish) Client Support Specialist

We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated professional to partner with our Client Support Manager and deliver exceptional service to our clients. If you love working with people, solving problems, and have experience in banking, retail, food service, or call centers, this could be the perfect role for you!

We’re open 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM MST, and schedules will be assigned within that range.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Support & Communication: Provide outstanding service via phone, email, and live chat; document interactions accurately in CRM.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Training & Onboarding: Process new contracts and conduct training sessions for successful onboarding.
  • Systems & Tools: Navigate multiple internal systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Remote Requirements:

  • Dedicated private workspace
  • Reliable internet (90 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload minimum)
