Responsibilities for a Client Services Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Track and monitor project deliverables across multiple departments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Analyze and prepare client data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)

  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and status reports

  • Troubleshoot issues related to client data, delivery timelines, or process bottlenecks

Candidates for Client Services Project Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 4–5 years of experience in project coordinationlegal/litigation support, or client services

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including analytical formulas)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
