Location

This position is a hybrid position located in Stamford, CT. You will be expected to work onsite 2 days a week in our Stamford, CT office.

What will you be doing?

In this role as a Client Insights Analyst, you will support a leading Beauty client with a strong portfolio across the skincare industry. You'll support clients across functions like category management, commercial development and marketing, helping them uncover insights using Circana's platforms. If you enjoy coaching others, love storytelling through data, and are looking to grow your influence both internally and externally, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibilities

Client Insights Analysts at Circana are expected to excel across four core capability areas:

  • Client Enablement & Training

Guide client users on how to access and navigate data platforms such as Unify+. Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate analytic solution/approach; comfortable asking discovery and scoping questions, when needed. Enhance and maintain templates that promote client self-sufficiency.

  • Analytical Capability

Apply structured problem-solving to break down complex issues, identify key trends using POS, consumer, and e-commerce data, and develop actionable business recommendations. Enable clients to think critically about their data rather than pulling or analyzing it for them.

  • Planning, Organization & Communication

Coordinate internally and externally to manage requests and projects efficiently. Ensure accuracy and consistency across data deliverables and processes. Deliver clear, confident communication across stakeholders. Maintain a proactive approach to client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, data analytics, or a similar field
  • Strong technical skills in business insights software, preferably Unify
  • Expertise In Microsoft applications, particularly with Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000.
