Our platform leverages artificial intelligence (AI), real-time location technology (RTLS), and electronic health record (EHR) data, enabling self-learning agents to automate workflows, adapt in real time, and coordinate the entire care delivery process.

Scope of Duties

  • Comprehensive company accounting services - accounting activities related to a Polish entity
  • Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and external institutions
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts
  • Analysis of deviations between planned and actual results
  • Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identifying financial risks and recommending corrective actions
  • Implementation of modern analytical tools and reporting systems
  • Reporting financial and control results to the management board
  • Collaboration with the US finance department to optimize costs and improve profitability
  • Supporting the professional development of team members and implementing best practices in accounting and controlling

Requirements

  • Higher education, preferred fields: accounting, finance, economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in an accounting position, with elements of financial controlling in foreign companies
  • experience in accounting in a Polish entity
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting regulations, tax law and controlling principles
  • Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
  • Analytical thinking, meticulousness and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software (preferably NetSuite ) and advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English
