Chat Sales Representative
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Chat Sales Representative
to place at our client, within Enterprise Services client.
Client: Enterprise Services
Location: 4 days in office (North York) – 1 Day Work from Home
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate: $18/ hr
Position:
Reporting to the Chat Team Manager, the Inside Chat Sales Representative will be responsible for providing best in class customer experience on every customer interaction and maximize sales potential by educating our customers on how our products and services can make their home more comfortable. Additional earning potential of between $500-2500 per month on sales commission with no cap.
Core Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer experience and sales expectations
- Deliver best-in-class service experience in a professional courteous manner to internal and external customers using the Chat/Email Platform
- Handle incoming Chat/Emails and assist our customers with their requests, up selling and cross selling, by providing the right solution for the customer
- After-sales follow up to ensure customer had the best experience through the sales cycle and assist with any actions required
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on our products and services
- Communicate (in writing and when needed, over the phone) with internal partners on applicable customer related interactions
- Communicate effectively interdepartmentally and cross-functionally
- Be a team player
- Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of Chat Sales/Service experience
- Excellent written communication skills with focused attention on grammar, spelling and typing speed
- Industry knowledge and/or experience working with HVAC and service protection plans is a strong asset
- Results-driven individual who takes initiative to drive the business
- Can do attitude with customer focus
- Superior problem-solving skills and analytical ability
- Top-notch customer service with both internal and external customers
- Responsive and easily adapts; embraces change
- Ability and aptitude to recognize and positively address performance challenges
- PC proficient and adept with learning new systems – must be comfortable using Microsoft Office software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Work hours are Monday to Sunday, with shifts between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:30 pm
- Hybrid: our client offers a hybrid work program – team members may work from home up to 2 days per week and in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week (contingent on performance)
