Job Description:

Do you have a knack for numbers and a flair for solving disputes? We’re on the lookout for a Chargeback Analyst who can transform data entry into an art form and turn challenges into opportunities. If you're ready to dive into the world of ATM credit card transactions, meticulous journaling, and collaborative problem-solving, keep reading!

**This is a hybrid position that requires you to be local to Las Vegas**

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Verify and record transaction details (funds received/disbursed, account totals).
  • Maintain records for chargebacks, retrievals, and exceptions.
  • Organize documents related to chargeback and retrieval cycles.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve account disputes.
  • Correct errors and settle financial disputes.
  • Follow procedures to meet customer and client needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
  • Proven office environment experience
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently
  • Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
  • Strong data entry proficiency
