Job Description:

We are looking for a certifications Co-ordinator to support our Technical Compliance Manager and our growing Compliance team. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects across the multi-jurisdictional compliance sphere. 

Requirements

• An appropriate degree in IT.
• 2 years’ experience working in a development or i-gaming environment. 

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with multiple certification houses and business units to ensure accurate and timely certification of new and existing games. 

• Raise and mitigate risks associated with certification delivery.
• Carry out technical compliance checks according to jurisdictional requirements and communicate with the relevant internal teams to fix identified deficiencies before sending materials to the testing houses. 
• Review all certifications received from testing houses for accuracy. 
• Maintain accurate up-to-date records for all certified games to be used as a reference by the business and its customers.
• Ensure game certificates and other certification documents are stored locally for access from within the business.
• Carry out monthly compliance audits to ensure all certifications are accurate and up to date.
• Create and maintain internal schedules and documents to track certification projects, associated costs and certificates received for each jurisdiction. 
• Create and provide all certification documents required by customers.
• Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure timely requests, retrieval, storage and communication of regulatory approvals.
• Ensure customer-facing portals are up to date with the latest certification documents.
• Assist operational teams with ad hoc queries.
• Liaise with various departments and obtain necessary information in a timely manner. 
• Promote game certification compliance within the business and solve problems as required.
• Participate in any technical and business required projects as required by the Technical Compliance Manager.
• Plus any other tasks required by the company.
