THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Development Representative for our Latin America Sales Development team in São Paulo! 

We're looking for someone to identify and engage potential customers. You'll be responsible for initiating and nurturing these initial conversations, utilizing channels such as phone, email, and other creative approaches. Your impact will be crucial in managing expectations, overcoming objections, and, most importantly, demonstrating the value of Wellhub by educating companies on the importance of our mission. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Engage prospects and identify potential customers for contact via phone, email, and other creative channels.
  • Manage expectations and overcome prospect objections to meet or exceed your monthly sales goals.
  • Demonstrate the value of Wellhub by educating companies about the importance of our company mission.
  • Be a strategic partner to the Account Executives you support, discussing and refining their prospecting strategy.
  • Use the CRM platform to gather intelligence about your accounts and record all activities and actions.
  • Get your hands dirty and help when needed.
  • Living the mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring about your own well-being and that of your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE

  • Reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office once a week (our office is located in the Berrini region).
  • Previous experience as a BDR, SDR or in the business and sales area. 
  • A true team player who loves to collaborate to achieve both group and individual goals;
  • Results-oriented person.
  • Self-starter, capable of multitasking and adapting to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Learning capacity and vision for the future.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to build data-driven strategies.
  • Think outside the box and seek to solve complex problems with new and different solutions.
  • Native/fluent Spanish is a must!
  • Intermediate English is a plus.
