The opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Manager (UK/EU) to help grow DISCO across the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring your music industry network, energy, and passion for building relationships to drive new business and strengthen connections with some of the most creative people in the industry.
As the lead sales role in the UK/Europe you will take ownership of this territory and play a key part in shaping DISCOS business development as well as work alongside our Customer Success team. You’ll work directly with potential customers to understand their challenges and show them how DISCO can help them work smarter, faster, and more creatively.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales leader to bring their industry connections and commercial drive to increase adoption of a product that is recognised as an industry leader. You’ll play a key part at a key moment in DISCO’s next chapter of expansion in the UK and Europe.
You will bring meaningful Music Industry IP and have a meaningful impact on a business that is transforming the way the music industry works.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects through to negotiation and closing
- Drive DISCO’s expansion in the UK and Europe, owning your territory and market strategy
- Leverage existing music industry networks (labels, publishers, radio, PR agencies, artist managers) to unlock opportunities.
- Leverage your existing network to open doors and grow partnerships
- Partner with customer success to ensure clients achieve long-term value with DISCO
- Represent DISCO at industry events, meetings, and within your professional network
- Build and lead a regional sales pipeline, guiding outreach, demos, and relationship development.
- Collaborate with our global sales force to meet and exceed financial objectives, brainstorming and implementing strategies for efficient outreach and market penetration.
- Establish rapport with key decision-makers, uncovering their challenges and motivations to guide them through the sales process, ensuring prospects stay on our schedule.
- Leverage industry knowledge, technology trends, and thought leadership to become a trusted advisor and influencer to both prospects and existing customers.
- Work in tandem with Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimize cross-departmental efforts and enhance the overall customer experience at DISCO.
- Stay abreast of company offerings, industry developments, and competitive landscape to remain a knowledgeable resource for prospects.
Location
This is a remote position, open to applications from the United Kingdom, preferably within the Greater London area.
Requirements
- 8+ years of music industry experience
- Deep knowledge of the music industry and a best in class industry reputation and network
- SaaS/Music tech experience a significant advantage
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A nimble, curious and adaptive growth mindset, thriving in a startup environment and embracing the challenges that come with it.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a tech-savvy nature, particularly in maintaining CRM systems and quickly mastering new tools and software.
- Specific knowledge and contacts within the music industry, including labels, publishers, radio, PR, marketing, and management, and an understanding of how these companies work internally but also with each other.
Bonus Skills
- DISCO platform knowledge and an understanding of DISCOs mission critical role across the music industry
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, and Asana for sales and project management.
- SaaS sales specific to storage, sharing, or workflow management.
