Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the lead generation and qualification process: identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement prospecting strategies: creating a target list and priorities to expand our client base.
  • Engage and represent Gerodigital: conducting discovery meetings and attending international events and visits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to guide leads through the sales funnel until activation.
  • Maintain a visible and updated pipeline in our CRM platform, focusing on meeting KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent or native English speaker. Other languages, such as Italian, or Spanish, are highly valued.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally in the digital marketing sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate well over the phone.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow quickly.
