As our first full-time in-house Brand Designer, you’ll be the steward of our visual identity - setting the standard, evolving the system, and ensuring every touchpoint tells our story with style and clarity.
This isn’t a “make things look pretty” role. You’ll be the strategic and creative owner of our brand design - shaping how the world experiences us across digital, print, video, and product. You’ll work closely with founders, marketing, product, and growth to raise the bar on execution and bring our brand attributes to life:

What you’ll own:
- 
	
Website design - Maintain and evolve our public site, ensuring it feels sharp, fresh, and differentiated.
 - 
	
Brand Design system - Build and scale a cohesive brand system: colors, typography, illustrations, icons, photography style, and motion guidelines.
 - 
	
Marketing collateral - From digital campaigns and social to print and event materials, you’ll lead end-to-end creation.
 - 
	
Video & motion - Storyboard and direct the visual style for product explainers and brand videos (bonus if you can animate).
 - 
	
Illustrations & graphics - Develop visuals for our website, product interfaces, and marketing channels.
 - 
	
Presentations & pitch decks - Design visually compelling assets that help us tell our story with impact.
 - 
	
Events & swag - Create one-pagers, booth designs, promo materials, and swag that reflect our identity.
 - 
	
Brand consistency - Ensure cohesion across every deliverable while pushing creative boundaries.
 - 
	
Cross-team collaboration - Partner with growth, video, design, and ops to deliver impactful design solutions.
 
What we’re looking for:
- 
	
5+ years of design experience, including 2+ in brand design roles.
 - 
	
A portfolio that shows range: web, visual systems, marketing campaigns, and storytelling through design.
 - 
	
Strong sensibility in typography, layout, and art direction.
 - 
	
Experience translating brand strategy into compelling visual systems.
 - 
	
Ability to balance high-level conceptual thinking with pixel-perfect execution.
 - 
	
Collaborative mindset, but with the confidence to lead visual direction.
 - 
	
Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and lean processes.
 
Personal characteristics:

Excellent communication skills to present design concepts clearly and persuasively.

Strong time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
