Due to our continued growth, Anders Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the fastest-growing Healthcare Staffing Companies in the industry. Anders Group is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive self-starter to support our finance team in a fast-paced environment. The Billing Support Specialist will support the accounting team of the healthcare staffing agency by performing administrative and clerical tasks related to invoicing, timesheet verification, and client account maintenance. This role ensures accurate and timely billing for healthcare professionals placed at client facilities and works closely with recruiters, payroll staff, and the finance team. This position reports to the Director of Billing and Payroll.
What the Billing Support Specialist does:
- Enter billing data into the agency’s billing system based on timesheets and placement contracts.
- Assist in preparing and sending invoices to clients.
- Verify timesheet accuracy and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
- Respond to basic client inquiries regarding invoices and billing statements.
- Support the billing team with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Help track invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with payroll and recruitment teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Additional administrative support to the department as needed.

Position Requirements:
- Associates/Bachelors degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in billing, finance, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good teamwork and ability to work well independently
- Experience in healthcare staffing software platforms are a plus (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
Schedule: Full time, at least 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hybrid schedule available after training period.
$42,000 - $45,000 a year
