Your Tasks

Join Our Team as Billing Representative - Let's Create Impact

As our Billing Representative, you will:

• Verify service reports and parts consumption to ensure accurate billing.

• Ensure correct application of discounts and surcharges on invoices.

• Process invoices for after-sales service, including installation, repairs and maintenance.

• Process maintenance contracts as required, ensuring compliance with approval workflows.

• Process rental contracts as required, ensuring compliance with approval workflows.

• Process credit notes or adjustments as required, ensuring compliance with approval workflows.

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to billing errors, incorrect charges or missing credits.

• Liaise with Accounts Receivable, Service and Sales to improve billing processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account changes.

• Prepare accurate and timely reporting on billing backlog and pending invoices including trend analysis.

• Assist with customer account maintenance, including billing and shipping information.

• Assist finance functions as requested during periods of heavy workload, sickness, holidays, or other absences

Your Profile

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, certificate or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role.

• Microsoft Office - Intermediate / Advance

• SAP Experience
