Bilingual HR Specialist

$ 21 / Hour

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Hybrid- 3 days in office

Adecco is looking for an HR  HR Shared Services Specialist to support employees and managers with HR questions, processes, and tools. You’ll be part of a global team providing quick, accurate, and friendly help—while keeping sensitive information confidential. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer HR questions on benefits, time off, policies, and employee data.

  • Use our Basecamp portal and case management tools to manage requests.

  • Update knowledge articles so employees can self-serve.

  • Guide employees and managers in using Workday.

  • Spot and suggest ways to make processes easier and better.

  • Support HR projects and test new system updates.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in HR or customer service (HR shared services a plus).

  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS (preferred).

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

  • Bilingual and available to work PST hours.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
