Bilingual HR Specialist

Adecco is looking for an HR HR Shared Services Specialist to support employees and managers with HR questions, processes, and tools. You’ll be part of a global team providing quick, accurate, and friendly help—while keeping sensitive information confidential. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is for you.
What You’ll Do

Answer HR questions on benefits, time off, policies, and employee data.

Use our Basecamp portal and case management tools to manage requests.

Update knowledge articles so employees can self-serve.

Guide employees and managers in using Workday.

Spot and suggest ways to make processes easier and better.

Support HR projects and test new system updates.
What You Bring
-
2+ years in HR or customer service (HR shared services a plus).

Experience with Workday or another HRIS (preferred).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

Bilingual and available to work PST hours.
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
