Bilingual Hourly Frontline Recruiter

This position is a travel-support role that will require up to 65% Nationwide Travel and will support our Resort Division.
Salary: $55,000
Manage a high-volume flow of candidates through the life cycle of the recruitment process. Maintain job postings, screen applications, source candidates, and conduct interviews to support an effective recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a recruiting pipeline, including identifying staffing needs, scheduling and conducting interviews, and conducting reference checks and screenings.
  • Post open requisitions on our website and other sources such as social media and job boards.
  • Maintain relationships with operations leaders and hiring managers, and provide support throughout the onboarding process and for issues with screenings/next steps.
  • Monitor candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure they fit the job and company culture.
  • Act as the direct point of contact for candidates throughout every step of the hiring and onboarding process. Coordinate on-site leadership walkthroughs with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, veteran agencies, and employment agencies.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and maintaining records, inputting work orders, and ordering supplies
  • Set up and facilitate department meetings and appointments
  • Perform limited general HR and benefits administration functions
  • Communicate and collaborate with department leadership to resolve team member concerns or other issues
  • Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Requirements

  • GED or high school diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with an eye for detail
  • Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in professional attire
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
