Bilingual Hourly Frontline Recruiter
This position is a travel-support role that will require up to 65% Nationwide Travel and will support our Resort Division.
Salary: $55,000
Manage a high-volume flow of candidates through the life cycle of the recruitment process. Maintain job postings, screen applications, source candidates, and conduct interviews to support an effective recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Manage a recruiting pipeline, including identifying staffing needs, scheduling and conducting interviews, and conducting reference checks and screenings.
- Post open requisitions on our website and other sources such as social media and job boards.
- Maintain relationships with operations leaders and hiring managers, and provide support throughout the onboarding process and for issues with screenings/next steps.
- Monitor candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure they fit the job and company culture.
- Act as the direct point of contact for candidates throughout every step of the hiring and onboarding process. Coordinate on-site leadership walkthroughs with potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, veteran agencies, and employment agencies.
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and maintaining records, inputting work orders, and ordering supplies
- Set up and facilitate department meetings and appointments
- Perform limited general HR and benefits administration functions
- Communicate and collaborate with department leadership to resolve team member concerns or other issues
- Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace applications
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with an eye for detail
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in professional attire
- Must be fluent in Spanish
